We began our power washing business in 1989 as a part of our general contracting company. Later we discovered that power washing was the most enjoyable part of our contracting work. We enjoyed the work so much that now power washing is all we do. If you want it cleaned – We want to clean it!
We are a family business and never sub-contract any of our jobs. We will not trust your home and your work to anyone that is not a part of our company. If our schedule is too full for us to give our personal level of quality service to your work, we will simply pass on the job.
Here in the Northwest, mildew, mold and moss grow on concrete, wooden decks, steps and other surfaces, often making them very slippery and at times dangerous. Unskilled use of a pressure washer can damage surfaces. We carefully pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks and porches to keep your property visually pleasing and safe for your family, friends, and guests.

All our Pressure Washing work is chemical free. If a soap is needed we use only Simple Green. Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner is the leader of non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally safer cleaning products. Simple Green is non-corrosive and non-toxic for plants and safe for the environment. At our customer’s request, we treat roofs with a granular zinc sulfate that is applied to the roof after it has been cleaned, to kill any remaining moss. Zinc sulfate is EPA approved and won’t harm your plants or siding. Rain and wind naturally wash away any remaining dead moss.
